Another great knee replacement by Dr. Frykberg and his staff! I returned today for my 8 week follow up and received a sterling report. Just left my first visit at this Orthopedic Specialist Center, Dr. Kaplan immediately proved himself professional and kind. Very easy to talk to and was very thorough! Glad I was recommended to him!!! The nurses and front desk CSR’s were very professional as well. This is a great facility!!
When I first went in,I didn't think I was going to like it. But the nurse was really sweet, I asked questions. She answered. Nicely and professionally. I met the dr. He turned out to be friendly. Nice and very professional. He explained things to me in a way that I understand. Great day at Orthopedic appointment.
