These scammers have been harassing me for years. They couldn't care less about the "do not mail" list. Between two houses. I've repeatedly asked to be removed from their scam list - called, emailed, everything. I got one guy on the phone who was apparently in his car, told me "throw it away and 'f off'" (whole words uttered). I get their scam card with a picture of one house sent to a different one. I just received a postcard from this business. The postcard had a photograph of my home upon it. Not only is this really creepy, but it's highly disturbing! I called and spoke with a person who IDed himself as Rick Alvarado. I told him I didn't appreciate a likeness of my home on this correspondence. He justified the card by saying it got me to call him, which was its purpose. This appears to be a untrustworthy company. They run a fishy 'sell your house quick' ad that discloses openly too much information, disregarding California citizen's privacy. Seems predatory for personal gain. Also they have not responded to email requesting they remove my info based on California privacy act. Check reviews and use a reputable company instead if you want to sell your home. Seems there are many reviews with similar complaint.

Osborne Homes keeps sending me JUNK MAIL asking if I want to sell my home. There has NOT been a FOR SALE sign in my yard since I purchased it in 2010. Stop sending me JUNK MAIL! I do NOT want to sell my home!!!

These worthless pieces of trash, send me a message asking me if i wanted to sell a property again. My late brothers property. I do not even own the property. But they send me a message on the anniversary of his burial and then again today. To ask if i want to sell his property. These guys are the reason people now a days don't pick up the phone. Because of idiots using robo dialers it send a message and mass texts from (530)236-6496. They have texted me three. on the September 24th, 29th and October 19th.

Keeps sending us junk mail. Tons of it. Have repeatedly asked to be removed. They keep saying 'oh yeah you're removed" and then a month later more comes. And it keeps coming. I don't get these companies. If people don't want their junk mail why waste the paper? It takes five seconds to take a name off your list and save yourself a bad yelp review. But they're lazy, rude liars.
