I just started balance therapy. The people who work here are wonderful. They are very caring and listen to you the receptionists Or all very kind and understanding. I love this place!

Filled out a bunch of paperwork through the app. Got everything approved. My appointment was set up. Then, suddenly, my appointment was gone from the app. It was cancelled, but no one in the office can tell me who cancelled it or why. I never got ANY notification that it was cancelled at all. The only reason I know is because it was missing from the app and I had to call the office to figure out where my appointment went. The therapists at the Ft Jesse Center do a great job but I want to send a shout out for the office staff. Woke up with vertigo two weeks before an international flight. When I explained the situation, Monica and Michelle went above and beyond to arrange for me to see the therapist so that he had time to treat me before my trip. Bravo zulu (as they say in my former line of work).

Absolutely the best people to work with. I had hip repair surgery in August. Ed and Emily worked with me to get me going again and knew exactly what I needed. Everyone in the front was so nice. It was a perfect experience!!

I had Alan Sharples at the balance and dizziness part back in 2014. He was amazing and very thorough. Also honest. He helped me a lot. I have had a few sessions there recently with Kelly C and Kellie Jo and I love having them so far. Highly recommend this place.
