Beautiful, new location. Staff is friendly, engaging, and informative. Open house had such a great turnout, we couldn't wait more than an hour to get in. But we visited the following Friday, and we love the new rooms of the infusion center. Beautiful, encouraging artwork. Can't wait for all the construction to be done, and the garden and snack shack to open to the public!
I've had a wonderful experience here at the cancer center. Only one thing wrong, they don't have a wig or cancer hats store for us . We need a shop for that. This is a cancer center for petes sake.
So much for having my back! Nothing has went right since day 1. They send you places that have no clue why your there. Every time! Can't ever get someone to answer the phones when you do your lucky if you get called back. Never thought with all I have going on I'd be treated the way I have been treated. Is why I left OSF year's and year's ago to begin with. SO DISRESPECTFUL IT'S SICKENING!!
OSF has been a blessing. All nurses and doctors are very patient, caring, and show Christian care. ✝️ I have about 16 months to go for Keytruda.
