My child has been a patient of the sleep center for many years. Today we arrived before our scheduled appointment time, and were still 20 minutes late to our appointment, due to the registration department. To clarify, there was no wait time to speak with the registration desk staff. Due to confusion on their end, they erased the data that was already in the system. Showed up on time for my wife's diagnostic imaging appointment. Provided insurance cards. We have gold tier BCBS PPO coverage. The receptionist had an issue getting our insurance info entered. Was told we could call them ourselves for verification. We did. Our BCBS patient advocate called their billing department and verified coverage. We were told we still could not be seen, asked to leave and call the scheduling department to try and reschedule, DESPITE BEING PHYSICALLY STILL IN THE SUITE! Let me help out here! The flow of people was well maintained start to finish. Met the group In the hospital with my heart episode! Total Professionalism in the hospital and in office. I am accepting and listening to their medical guidance to strengthen my heart. Why? Because I am not a cardiologist however I do have a heart that needs their help. Wear your mask! Why? Just saw a worker wearing your work uniform expressing some disgusting racist views after attacking a young man at a Walmart. You might want to check that bc it makes me wonder if bc of that hate if patients under her care recieved equal help . That kind of hate is scary and its unacceptable from any culture or race please look into this
