Have had to use hospital for various family members in last 2 years for various medical issues from aging to younger gallbladder etc. Very compassionate and attentive nursing staff. Drs ask good questions and listen attentively. Dr Kavisto was surgeon. Very talented - great results. He visited in recovery and again before leaving that night - impressive! This place is a joke. The nurse nor the doctor would listen to what my boyfriend had to say about why he was in the E.R. they took a half explanation and then did what they though would work. Then sent him out the door with the same pain an problems he had. They don't care about why u are in there anymore. Nor do they care to listen to what u have to say. We will be using a different hospital from now on.

Never go back again no way new Hospital and they don't have ambulance la salle Peru took my best friend to Peoria and we have to wait for them to come to mendota and it was like 4 people complaining because they were waiting for 4 hours all ready and my self went in Doctor do not give me any treatment I just walk out with the same pain and I have a bill for 271.00 for stop in the emergency room for less than 10mts never never go back

Everybody in ER & XRAY were caring, gentle, professional for my broken foot. Was in & out in about an hour.

Friendly service and they knew what they were doing. Only problem was I had to wait about a hour in the ER!
