Definitely not what it used to be. New doctors in the practice, Used to feel like they actually cared about their patients. They give my daughter a new diagnosis of a chronic condition that negatively affects her day to day life, change her diet and tell us to come back in a year. Talk about feeling like we were just thrown to the wolves....
Probably the only service at OSF that is extremely unpunctual. I felt like they have no respect and regard of other people’s time. Right from check in desk to the physician I had to wait for everyone.
Very smart doctor's and very intelligent nurses.
