The providers and facility are professional and nice. Like most OSF speciality groups, there seems to be a physician shortage. My child needed to be seen back in three months for their next visit, however their soonest available appointment wasn’t until the end of August (over six months away). I wish this facility would stop taking new patients if they are unable to accommodate their current patients into their schedule.

The best experience, kind attentive staff, everyone working as a team. Beautiful to see such a strong workforce all coming together for their patients. 10/10 happy mom with a high needs child way to go!!

Parents beware: they hit me with $ + in hidden ‘facility’ fees —Worst pediatric visit ever— surprise charges no one warned me about, and they blame the patient, think a sign on the wall is ‘notice’—never again. Dishonest billing and zero transparency

I was here yesterday they don't give you any measurements for anything you need to actually get frames for your glasses and on top of that one of their workers does not know how to do their job they had to call somebody else into my room to do what needed to be done and on top of all of that my appointment was at 9:45 AM the doctor signed my card at 9:33 AM before we even arrived at the facility I will add a picture below do not go see this doctor.
