This was my first appointment with Dr. Valino and I was very impressed. Super friendly and efficient staff. Everything was explained very clearly from the video screening with care navigator Caitlyn and intake with Roseanne. Dr. Valino Stock is extremely kind and attentive. I felt heard and never rushed. I'm grateful to have found a doctor I trust and who specializes in my age group. Highly recommend this practice!

This was my initial visit with Dr. Stock in your office. I was a previously patient of hers. My experiences have been very positive starting with scheduling my appt. , my intake with Caitlin and all of the staff. Dr Valino Stock is the best doctor I have ever had. She is compassionate, caring and thorough and always has time for questions. I like her so much that I followed her from Schaumburg! I'm so happy I was accepted as a patient.

The staff and physician were very friendly. They took their time with me, I didnt feel rushed. I am a new patient and needed a primary care physician, I never knew going to the Dr could be such a positive. I am very happy with Dr Valino-Stock., so accomodating, very profesional and makes you feel like you matter. I plan to tell all my 55+ friends who dont have a medical care team that this is the place to come. A very good experience, very comfortable environment.

I am a relatively new patient, but my experience at OSF CompleteCare 55+ so far has been very positive. Every member of the care team that I have dealt with has been kind, patient, and compassionate. Appointments are not rushed and matters like test results and prescriptions are handled in a timely fashion. I feel confident in the care provided here.

I really appreciate the Dr."s Assistant taking the time to see me and assess my concerns to evaluate my situation, especially on such short notice. The assistant was thorough and competent and had valuable advice for me going forward. The entire staff was professional and friendly. I left the facility feeling very grateful.
