There should be an option for zero stars. Jason the one who answered for rhe er dept. Was very rude. And hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Dont take your frustrations out on patients. We are already having a hard enough time. I will be putting a formal complaint in as well. Alot good it will do looking at all the negative comments. Dr. Lieberman was a very good Dr. Who i saw there few days ago. I have zero bad to say about him or the other Dr i have seen there in the past. Went there a few times they were ok I guess but slow otherwise great x-ray techs! Nurses were good but the ER doctor was a real treat, he was a doozy! Didnt help at all misdiagnosed me and made me sicker I was livid so I went to Ottawa and they made ,me better thank you ottawa osf I still wish you had doctor's who knew something and cared in Streator you know the old saying goes keep your peter out of Streator

My husband got taken there by ambulance. I called to talk to someone about his condition, they never called me back?? Then I called back. And they said he went home and wouldn't give me any information. The male nurse I talked to was very rude and actually hung up on me. I have worked with nurses. Have friends who are nurses. Never have I heard a nurse talk to someone like the nurse talked to me. And they sent him home , full of drugs, to a house where he would be by himself. Never again. This place is a joke. There’s one doctor that when she’s working she’s always behind, and never does any tests that she should on top of tells you.. “ I don’t know what the problem is.” Also, they need to do something with the waiting room. Not everyone wants people to hear why they are there since the check in window is right by everyone. Only Good to come here if you have an ear infection or something that can be tested like the flu or something.

Health care is a joke! Especially this emergency room. They will try their hardest to convince patients and curious callers that’s they shouldn’t come in. Covid was mentioned in the conversation. Where else are we supposed to go and treat our children before it’s too late ? Go somewhere else 👍
