Laura the nurse who brings you into your room was very rude ! I asked her to swab me for everything and she insisted she was only doing a nasal swab she didn’t have time she’s busy . I told her i had been waiting 3-4 hours to see someone and I didn’t mind waiting my turn that was what I came in for and she walked out of the room mid sentence of me talking and said she wasn’t going to help me find someone else do it . Well, last week he had another MRI & spoke with a specialist today (July 2nd) in Peoria because the pain never got any better, only immensely worse. He found out that his BACK IS FRACTURED. How the hell do you miss that?! My dad has been "walking"/laying around in severe pain, complaining... read more
