If i could put a zero starts i would i waited over 6 months for them to even get my referral everyday i called the receptionist where so rude and very monitone no compassion for other people n clearly didnt care about their job . Ive gone month without my meds n best they can tell me is im a new patient!? Ive been recommended for over 6 months ? Was supposed to b called back after 2 weeks but ive been doing the calling . These people get paid to do nothing and care for nobody !
Dr. Strawn was patient and listened to my concerns and put my mind at ease. Together we agreed on a plan for treatment and what to expect. We are trying a natural approach first, which is amazing! He was not quick to just put me on another medication right away and I will continue to see the Dr at the clinic and recommend Dr. Strawn.
Ive had the most amazing experience with Dr Strawn and Nurse Kim. Dr Strawn is a thinker and very analytical, which I love. He takes time with you and creates lots of action plans, while letting you be in on your treatment as well. Nurse Kim is very tenatious and easy to talk to. I had an insurance issue with my meds and she spent several days waiting on hold with my insurrance to make sure things got done. Unfortunately I can't choose 0. Osf is unprofessional, incompetent and rude. I met up with the neurosurgeon assistant. I had an appointment with them. Went to them only once. According to my mri I had several issues that needed attention. They took me off work. I was told I needed sugery and the assistant had told my wife and I that he was going to talk to the surgeon and get back to me in a few days. I never heard from him again. Dr gheith is my neurologist he is an amazing neurologist he listens to you and puts your first I have a VNS implanted in me for my epilepsy and when my battery was almost dead he put in an urgent battery replacement surgery and when I told him how they waited til the end of the month for the surgery he was very upset and called the corporation because he wanted it done right away and whenever I need something like a doctors note for work he always gets it ready to where I can pick it up the same day as well as my FMLA paperw... read more
