SERVING patients as long as it doesn’t inconvenience them. had a family member who dove an hour and was driving from Dwight to Bloomington. for her appointment today for her migraines She was just recently treated for pneumonia so the drive was difficult by herself to begin with. When she got there (she is handicap) there was no one at the front desk to help or . Assist her in in. A wheelchair or direct her to the doctors office. Emily McKenna is incredible, and I couldn't have gotten a better person to help maintain my seizures. I recommend her to everyone who needs someone who will listen and truly work with you.
Physician Assistant Alyssa Harris is the kindest person Ive ever dealt with in the medical world. She makes me feel so heard and validated and offers me treatment plans that accommodate to what works for me and what doesn’t . She’s very educated when she speaks and you can tell she knows what she is talking about. I will never go to anyone besides her. She is the best.
Was reluctant to work with this office based on the negative reviews but gave them a chance. Unfortunately, they've rescheduled several times now, moving appointments out multiple months each occurrence. Never seen anything like it.
