Had a few difficult experiences going here. Most recently in July I brought my kids in for school sports physicals. I needed to set up 2 separate days to bring my 3 kids because they only see 2 per family a day. Brought my boys for the sports physicals and was only given regular physicals. Not what I requested. Not knowing the differences in paperwork I submitted them to the schools & was not informed they were not sport ones. Stay away. OSF is a very unethical and shady organization. Even with good insurance, you go in for a basic annual checkup and they will code it otherwise generating a bill for several hundred dollars to the patient. You bring it up to their attention and they stick to their guns denying and not admitting what they did. I will be spreading the word about what they do.
I put a review up. 7/22/2023 and I no longer see my experience. But I will rewrite it. Because it’s worth it. Every body that had poor experience with them needs to stand up to them cause they’re in our community giving poor treatment and customers service. But is still getting paid great money from the insurance company. If we all come together they will get better or shut them down. I came to the er with back pain. I got an MRI done on 1/29/2022, the facility was nice and clean,the people were very nice and caring. The phlebotomist {Jodi} was excellent and quick, l was nervous and didn't like being stuck in a certain spot, she did it with ease, made it painless. Now My MRI Techs were good too especially the young lady, l forgot her name but she was very caring and nurturing, because l freaked out as soon as they put me in the machine. I was very happy with the service I was given at OSF! I was there for physical therapy and Lexi, Barbara, and Jennifer were very nice and always welcoming!
