Dr.Sara Whelan, NP Michelle Johnson, and other NPs including the other nurses are Professional, courteous, kind, Personable that they are : (Genuinely concerned & Caring), *Not, like the patient is just another number. Spacific, Very Thorough, & precise. Bedside manner are Outstanding, And Fantastic. This facility was very easy to find as it was just off a major thoroughfare. The grounds and the building were well maintained. However, the primary reason for giving it a 5 Star rating was Dr. Syde Zadi. He spent more than an hour with me,. explained in detail his plan of care and answered all my questions. The only negative was the wait time. I would suggest not being the last appointment of the day!

The nurse Debbie at Dr.Walens office will make up answers to questions, lie and say she spoke to someone, and then not call you back. 2 days in a row I never got a call back. Her misinformation resulted in me having to take my newborn to the E.R. Enough is enough, I called a pediatrician and won't be going back!!!

Horrible office and drs. Tell you one thing and do another. On more than 1 occasion they have screwed up my dates. Dr Loughlin doesn't even listen to you and treats you like you're lying. Despicable attitudes and like I've mentioned this has happened SEVERAL times alone with me, so cant imagine how many times it's happened.
