Toni is the best!! Helpful, kind, and always willing to answer any question. Today was just my routine hearing aid check, but she heard a 'whistle' that indicated wax build-up. And, she went the extra mile to set up an appointment with the ENT office to remedy it. Thanks, Toni!!
