Reschedule after reschedule, keeps putting my appointment down the road, one day i was 15 minutes until my appointment arrival time and they called me to cancel the appointment. I've already put in for sick time only to have this office disregard that people arent just sitting around waiting for them. Recommend going elsewhere if you have any urgency or expect any punctuality in the interactions.
Once again the person at the front desk wants to read my outstanding bill for everyone in the waiting area to hear. I've told them before that it's embarrassing and not the place to hit me up for money when I already have a payment plan in place. Incredibly rude...
Joslyn(NP) is THE best, super knowledgeable & caring. I really appreciate her helping me through this time in my life & how she truly hears me and my struggles while creating a carefully thought out plan!
