NO ONE answers for scheduling....Good luck folks. I've been trying for 2 hours today 7/16/25. No one ever answered. 1 ⭐️ UPDATE: 8/26/25 I contacted my primary care office to inform them that I have tried for 2 months to get through to this office to make an appt. My Dr called for me and the Gastro office finally called me. VERY apologetic and VERY friendly and accommodating. My primary care doctor submitted a referral for a colonoscopy in late September 2024 and by my next follow-up appointment with him in January 2025 (4 months later), my procedure had still not yet been scheduled. He gave me a referral and phone number and it has taken days to work through the maze of automated calling systems and being directed to three other phone numbers. I called to schedule my procedure in early April, requesting a date in MAY. Due to other appointments in May, I need to talk to someone who can help work around my schedule. I received a call back when I wasn't home. The message left said I would be scheduled in MARCH and someone would be calling me with details. Whoever left the message talked so fast I had to listen to the message several times. I am convinced that there is no scheduling staff or receptionist at this facility. I was due for a procedure in June. I was never contacted by anyone to schedule it. I know it is in my medical records (or should be) that I am due, since I have had several other procedures done in the last 10 years at this same facility. I contacted my GP for a referral. I wish I would have looked at reviews and comments prior to trying to deal with this medical group, would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. I too got caught up in the whole scheduling nightmare. After 3 months and not yet receiving a phone call to schedule procedure after numerous attempts to contact office staff. Never getting anything but automated message and leaving voice messages. I made the decision to start over and go with different provider.
