dr Jacob is the best pulmonary doctor ever. He’s so informative and even has a humor about him. He makes you feel so good about yourself and keeps a good eye on you. He is very complete with checking you out, and is extremely educated in his field. I am so blessed he is my Dr.

I have seen Dr. Amith Jacob for my asthma diagnosis. He is a kind empathetic and very knowledgeable doctor. I have complete faith in him as he determined I did not have COPD as previously diagnosed. OSF is very fortunate to have him on his staff. Take good care of him as he does his patients!

I had a yearly follow up originally scheduled for Jan. 2026. their office called and changed the appointment twice to fit their own schedule. My appointment was then for 2-17-26. Monday 2-16-26 the office called me to do the pre-appointment questionaire . I started coughing and the nurse asked if I was sick. I said I am with a cough but not contageous. I told her I have been tested for influenza and covid. she said I couldn't be in the waiting room with a cough due to patients with comprimised immune. I said I intende... read more

My pulmonology team is amazing. They provide me with support when needed, respond to my questions with patience and care, and always make me feel like I have been heard. They have brought me through a lot of health issues successfully.
