Service is OK. My first ever appointment they told me I would need a Pap smear. Mind you I’m only 16 years old. So I got completely naked because that’s what they told me to do bawled my eyes out because I had nobody there with me just for them to come in and tell me I don’t actually need one. I have never felt the need to leave any negative reviews for any establishment until now. I am 20 weeks pregnant, recently moved near Peoria area, and I scheduled an appointment here at the OSF obgyn office. Two weeks before my appointment they called me to say they had to reschedule my appointment which I was fine with, so they put me on hold, then proceeded to come back on the line and tell me they aren't accepting new patients and they can't take me as a patient anymore.
