I know a young woman who is 7months pregnant. She was suppose to have a pre-natal visit today, but they called and cancelled it. In the last 7 moths she has only been to the ob/gyn 3 times. This young woman has already had one miscarriage., I would think they would try and treat her better. I wish Galesburg Cottage Hospital was still in operation. I am not impressed with this hospital at all.
Made an appointment 4 months out. They cancelled it and did not notify me. Terrible customer service. Shouldn't be surprised by the 1 star rating.
