Called to schedule an appointment for wrist pain. Wouldn’t schedule me because I couldn’t remember who did my carpel tunnel surgery in 2019. Offered no assistance in trying to locate the records. Surgery was done at IVCH, which no longer exits.
Scheduled appointment weeks ago only to be told the day before the scheduled appointment that the Doctor couldn't help me and to return to my previous surgeon. My surgery was over a year ago the Doctor had no idea what symptoms I was currently having, I guess he just didn't want to deal with me. I haven't even had an xray in over a year. I will take my business elsewhere.
