I was told my 17 yr old can come on her own for a check up. I messaged the team asking if she can get her shot that’s recommended while she’s there they messaged back yes. Her check in time was 2:05. She got there at 2pm and checked in. She got back to patient room at 2:30 and was there waiting forever! Then she called me at 3:30pm and nurse was on phone asking if they can get my permission when I we already agreed to it when I made the appointment. I tried to pay for services when I arrived. They said we don't need this right now. They never asked for payment. When I called to try to find out whether it was a free service or if we still needed to pay for it, somehow they gave me the runaround!

The staff is nice but they really need to work on the wait time. They over book patients and it take about an hour minimum no matter what you came in for. I came in to an appointment to realize I just needed paperwork. They canceled the appointment while I was there and said I would just have to wait for the paperwork. I waited 1 hour for the paperwork..... that is unacceptable.

I could not love this staff any more than I do. They have always been fantastic. Bonita is by far the best doctor and could not imagine anyone else handling my kids' health. We rarely have a long wait time, even if I schedule both kids on the same day.

The wait time is the absolute worst! They have no respect for your time but expect you to show up 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment only to be seen an hour and 15 minutes later. If you’re looking for a peds office, look elsewhere. After 3 years I can say today was not a one off, but it will be the last time I’ll be in there.
