A nurse practitioner pushed for my son to be evaluated for autism. I really wished I had said no to someone who wasn’t my child’s actual Dr. The evaluation with Amy Zimmerman was a terrible experience. My child had previously had a bad experience with a male nurse the visit before, when he was unable to get a blood sample, traumatized him to the point when we walked back to go to the office he was visibly distressed. I was told my 17 yr old can come on her own for a check up. I messaged the team asking if she can get her shot that’s recommended while she’s there they messaged back yes. Her check in time was 2:05. She got there at 2pm and checked in. She got back to patient room at 2:30 and was there waiting forever! Then she called me at 3:30pm and nurse was on phone asking if they can get my permission when I we already agreed to it when I made the appointment. THEY NEVER, AND I MEAN ***NEVER*** ANSWER THE PHONE! Why they even pretend to have a phone line available is absurd. And some of the attitudes of the peds docs are exceptionally poor. One woman with an Italian last name is truly awful. The good ones always seem to leave soon after joining. I wonder why!
Worst experience from Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Stoller. She left my kid in so much pain. She is unable to cure the initial problem and created a new problem for my kid and wanted us to go to ER for the issue She caused at the clinic as she was unable to fix. She was so insensitive of the pain that my kid was going through. She should not be allowed to treat kids.
I am very disappointed with the care my daughter received at this office with Dr Kristine Ray. My daughter has been dealing with ongoing pelvic pain, and instead of being fully evaluated, her symptoms were repeatedly attributed to anxiety and SSRI medication was pushed as a solution. What’s concerning is that she has a tilted uterus and possible endometriosis, which can clearly explain the level of pain she’s experiencing.
