Rhonda at the front desk seems to really be miserable and hate her job and coworkers. I’ve been in 3 times recently and she is rude and usually arguing with them. She seem to have a severe case of RBF.
Great with my kiddos (especially Dr. Carlson)! I’ve never been at a better doctor’s office than this one. Easy scheduling and NEVER a long wait in the waiting room.
I do not recommend this office or Dr. Alonso.
Communication has been absolutely terrible the last 3 years, but this is the final straw for me. Lauren FOA sent me a message to my 5 years old mychart account on July 6th stating that insurance normally only covers well child visits annually and let her know if I'd like to reschedule. I don't use mychart so I just seen the message today ONLY because I had to reach out to her doctor since the pharmacy couldn't get ahold of them because of an error in her prescription and they wouldn't give us her prescription.
