I have been taking my daughter here since she was born. Always a pleasant experience. Front staff is nice, nurses are great, and Dr Are is always great and making sure to ask if we have any concerns regarding our daughter. Never feel rushed.
We love Dr. Sierra and her staff! We have the ability of scheduling appointments on MyChart or calling in person. I’ve had to call after hours before when my little ones have been sick and the on-call nurses have always been extremely resourceful. At times I’ve had to bring my two little ones by myself (2 under 16 months) and the nurses never hesitate to step in and help.
Dr.Sierra is great and I’ve had a good experience with Dr.Endris. However, I had an issue with a receptionist talking loudly about me so that I and everyone in the doctor’s office could hear the first time I brought my child because I didn’t give them her vaccine records at the reception desk, but they didn’t ask for them and I for some reason assumed I’d just give them to the doctor. We have been taking our daughters here for many years now, 17 to be exact. The level of service from everyone here is absolutely phenomenal, I would definitely recommend and have recommended Osf Pediatric group. My wife and I were very worried when doctor Rosa moved, we thought we were going to have to look for a new doctor for the girls, but Dr Samina Yousuf has been extremely helpful and very professional, she’s just as good as Dr Rosa and in some ways better I would say. All of the professionals & staff (especially Peggy & Dr. Trainor) have provided excellent care for our children for nearly twenty years. Questions are answered promptly, appointments always run on time, and patients are treated with respect. We highly recommend this office!
