I went to this urgent care with a lump behind my ear and on the back on my neck. Dr. Khattak has the worst bedside manner I had ever experienced in a medical professional. She brushed me off with so much lack of care and did not even take the time to listen to my concerns. She heard my symptoms and made an uneducated assumption, without any medical evidence (i.e., blood and/or urine testing, physical exam, x-ray, etc.) My visit as a whole was a total of 5 minutes at most. Just because you decline a covid test here they will immediately has a biased opinion about you and also are immediately unhelpful and not willing to prescribe the right medication. Went in for antibiotics for the FLU going around, dark yellow mucus In the chest and head, body aches and chills, soar throat the usual winter time FLU that goes around NOT COVID!!!! I can't say enough about my primary physician. She's the kind of Dr. who listens. I knew there had to be a reason my back was hurting worse. She listened. I was right. Now I just have to find a good Neurosurgeon. Thank You Dr. Prathipati. I know , I didn't spell it right.
