Told my partner who suffers from a potentially lethal and excruciatingly painful disease that she should drink more water instead of refilling her prescription, then used AI to make mistakes on her medical record that they have refused to fix. I would literally rather die than go to this hospital, because going here could very easily kill you.
Worst experience I've ever had... I went in with ear pain. I was screaming and crying. They didn't even look in my ear! They assumed I was just wanting pain pills so they wrote me a script for Norcos then told me I had to leave.....I'M ALLERGIC TO NORCOS! I can't take any kind of pain medication like that. MDH in Macomb treated me a few miserable days later after I could no longer hear out of that ear and the whole right side of my face was swollen, including my eye. NEVER GOING BACK!! Took my daughters to the ER because they were sick. They didn’t take my 3month olds blood pressure said they “didn’t need it” was there from 9am until 2pm. Doctor came in took their temp and listened to their breathing said “they probably have covid” and sent us on our way. Didn’t test them or give them a basic check up. Didn’t tell me how much meds to give my kids nor was it on their paperwork. Had to call and ask how much to give my 3month old and they go by weight. Holy poop, please do yourself a favor and drive as long as it takes to go somewhere else for your health needs. While the actual level of medical treatment was fine, the haphazardly flippant way that the staff deal with the day to day contact, medicines, and referrals of patients is disgusting and inhumane. Update: It took a week for these "professionals" to respond to repeated messages about a medical need, but only hours to respond to this one-star review.
Can never get in with your sick kids. Was sent to a different clinic across street from Burger King. They don't care about your business because they didn't even offer an OSF clinic to go to.
