Impossible to get in a see your Dr. or nurse practitioner. Totally incompetent regarding anything to do with insurance or pre-authorizations. Been 2 weeks without my medicine because the nurses/preauth people seem to be unable to fill out and send in the forms in 4 weeks.
Holly and Michelle gave me the best blood draw experience of my life today. I am a high faint risk during blood draws, I panic and it sometimes takes me hours to feel like myself again. They took such good care of me and I left the appointment feeling happy tears in my eyes for not having a panic attack for the first time in years after a blood draw. They were so gentle, communicative, and accommodating. I am so grateful for the time and effort they put in to make me feel safe and grounded. Thank you Holly and Michelle.
I would give Holly and Michelle more than 5 stars if I could. My veins are small and hard to see and they kept me calm and cracked jokes the entire time and got my blood drawn without poking or prodding me. I’ll make an appt to get my blood drawn by them every time.
Consistently put on hold even after being placed on the call back method. Finally get to talk to someone, they tell me I have to wait a week for an appointment. I ask if I can get in with a nurse sooner and get put back on hold and hear that my wait time is 27 minutes. I have been trying to get meds refilled and health problems resolved for weeks and it’s truly not a priority at this office. I fell under the care of SarahSmock as a February this year. She has prohibited me from returning to work until I see a specialist.
