Impossible to get in a see your Dr. or nurse practitioner. Totally incompetent regarding anything to do with insurance or pre-authorizations. Been 2 weeks without my medicine because the nurses/preauth people seem to be unable to fill out and send in the forms in 4 weeks.
Holly and Michelle gave me the best blood draw experience of my life today. I am a high faint risk during blood draws, I panic and it sometimes takes me hours to feel like myself again. They took such good care of me and I left the appointment feeling happy tears in my eyes for not having a panic attack for the first time in years after a blood draw. They were so gentle, communicative, and accommodating. I am so grateful for the time and effort they put in to make me feel safe and grounded. Thank you Holly and Michelle.
I went for a yearly physical, filled out my forms and saw my doctor, Kimberli Guelde MD. I explained my medication history and that I had been taking steps for weight loss. She then offered me to try a weight loss medication (which didn't even do anything for me anwyays) saying insurance would cover the one she recommended. Later I find that I had been billed for two visits, a physical and a weight loss consultation. I would give Holly and Michelle more than 5 stars if I could. My veins are small and hard to see and they kept me calm and cracked jokes the entire time and got my blood drawn without poking or prodding me. I’ll make an appt to get my blood drawn by them every time.
