Very disappointed. Asked for a U/A while I was there to check my cold. Thinking I might have a UTI. Nothing was done and I wasn’t feeling good enough to argue. So I called today and spoke to a nurse who gave me a real hard time. After telling her I was in some discomfort and urgency, she told me that she would talk to the Doctor and call me back later. SHE NEVER DID. Deplorable customer service , I would recommend finding an office that actually cares about there patients. Never going back!!!
Made an appointment with this office. Showed up, no one is wearing masks when I walked in, the staff was not friendly. I was told that I couldn’t be seen and was forced to cancel my appointment. Just because I was already established with a current doctor. I get it we want to keep al the information to one doctor. But I made this appointment because it was closer and I had a knee injury.
