Doctor Duval is an amazing doctor. That was the most incredible experience that I’ve ever had with a doctor. She is taking the time out to go in detail and explain things while thoroughly understand drawing diagrams I’ve never felt so empowered visiting a doctor.
I usually don’t write too many reviews. But this one is so needed. I made an appointment for my mother because we were really at a stand still with help for her. And I was taken back by how informational, warm and how she explained everything in depth. This is literally the first time someone when over these very important things with my mother. This is not a review of Dr. Sabherwal as she has been great. However she is also on maternity leave which has left me dealing with nurse practitioners or other nurses. My primary form of communication is through MyChart and lately I have had a repeated issue with my refills. The last time I requested an increase in dosage it was outright denied with no reason as to why. Nurse Lisa acted as though I should be grateful I was even getting a refill and that I should just wait until the Dr returned for any questions. The communic... read more
Dr. Ali Khan and the staff at this OSF were very friendly, professional and made me feel cared for. I appreciated Dr. Khan’s warm, understanding and thorough interview. He took his time to get to know me as a person. Highly recommended.
