We had to move out of state and will miss this OSF Dr.s office. Jennifer Mool, APRN is an angel in disguise. Literally every single person working here is sooo nice, compassionate and wonderful people. The absoulte best medical guidance and care I have ever recieved.
Going to miss my Doctor he is retiring well deserved
Dr. Jennifer Mool really listens to you with any of your issues going on, physically and mentally and she has always made my visits soo comfortable. She's such a great doctor and her nurses are amazing as well.
Would not recommend this place for any kind of care. Can’t ever get an appointment and when you finally do they just cancel on you and told me to seek another provider. Very unprofessional and they couldn’t care less about the patients
If I could give zero stars I would. Entitled, don't care about people, make you wait forever and talk about you to other patients nearby violating confidentiality.
