Dr. Jennifer Mool really listens to you with any of your issues going on, physically and mentally and she has always made my visits soo comfortable. She's such a great doctor and her nurses are amazing as well.
If I could give zero stars I would. Entitled, don't care about people, make you wait forever and talk about you to other patients nearby violating confidentiality.
Would not recommend this place for any kind of care. Can’t ever get an appointment and when you finally do they just cancel on you and told me to seek another provider. Very unprofessional and they couldn’t care less about the patients
Had a fever when I returned from my trip from tick bites they could have cared less about it more less said go somewhere else see if they can help .to lazy to even see how to treat it..
I really like going here. Dr Hakes and staff are very friendly and easy to talk to.
