I thought trying OSF I'd receive better care over Carle....I was wrong. Another dismissive office that doesn't take people seriously and just want to collect a paycheck. I have never felt so horribly in my entire life and these doctors won't help me. Idk what it is with the doctors around here but when I go to Naperville i receive much much better care hands down. The lack of medical care in Normal/Bloomington is abysmal!
They won't give my medical records to my current Dr In ohio. My current primary care office have tried for a year. And nothing.
In my experience, especially today, Dr.Kenny does not listen or understand his patients. I have only seen him twice regarding mental health, and both times he has disregarded my concerns and has been combative. Starting to look for a new doctor. I hope my experience helps people with their search.
Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a hospital in regards to billing errors and customer service. Dr Guelde ordered a test which was not coded correctly and, per the insurance, unnecessary. I have been trying to get this corrected for the last 4 months with no luck. The billing department refuses to contact the dr or visa versa, constantly telling me I need to do all the groundwork to fix their mistake. I think these people are trying to kill Me. They have not listened to Me; they don't respond to messages and then bill Me for it. I just got off the phone with Carli, who says she fixed the insurance. Let's see if it happens this time. Until then, it's a 1-star review because of the emotional distress from getting bills and people not understanding why I am royally ticked off.
