I have to say Dr Gorsi. Is one of the most kind, caring doctors I have ever met in my life. She has helped me lose weight, work through complex emotions, and work with me to help me escape a very abusive situation. Although, my story is not over yet this location definitely chose right with this doctor if it wasn’t for her I don’t know if I would be alive right now. I was referred to go here to get an MRI. (backstory: I had an similar test at the downtown location, and the stuck me through a scar on my hand. The entire time, the contrast dye leaked causing nerve damage and a blood clot. To protect themselves, my OSF doctor stopped seeing me to try to avoid a lawsuit. Funny thing is I never mentioned trying to sue them and never spoke to a lawyer. Fast forward to today.). Time after time the lack of competence and communication skills have negatively effected my healthcare. Most recently, I waited over a week for a simple form to be filled out by my provider for my new employment. I called multiple times to check on the status and was told it was sent to my provider, who I later learned wasn’t even IN the office. I was given no update on this matter. It put my new job in jeopardy. Staff was extremely unhelpful in resolving the issue. If you want efficient, skilled care, look elsewhere.
3 and I'm being nice ;) It definitely isn't Naperville of Lake Forest Illinois is it but with the price and attitude. Again see small town syndrome and time management software. Ever since I've moved to Central Illinois in 2017 ish.. things are NOT equal to big city hospitals and doctors.. sorry to be so blunt. I started at Perry memorial now OSF. My doctor ordered Xrays to be taken, and the staff, from the front desk to the tech who did the procedure, were polite and professional. I really appreciated the warm, human touch at a time when I was nervous and worried. The physical facility is bright, clean, and kept up very nicely. I only waited a few minutes. There's an attendant at the front door to help people get in and out of cars, if that's needed.
