Very professional people and caring. Best staff I have ever had at a Dr's office
I went there after a vehicle accident at work, worker's comp let me pick a Doctor I choose them, my Doctor gave me to the new guy, Dr. Ahmad, week one Wednesday he seen I had back and shoulder problems, medicine and referred me to physical therapy, week 2 Wednesday pain in shoulder so bad he gave me a shot for it and said we might have to do the back the same way, week 3 after only 2 visits of physical therapy, told me I can go back to work without restrictions, but I can't lift because of my back, and the shot in the should... read more
Billing department is main issue. Went for appt on 3/4/2024 Medicare still not billed, I have called monthly on this with no satisfactory results. I have advised Dr Noah Simon of this so he is aware, great dr and staff. But he deserves to get paid. Have now had 2nd appt I am sure will be a headache. 2 times we have verified all pertinent information. Left hand doesnt seem to know what right hand is doing or lack of billing skills. I have left voicemails for callbacks, nothing last week not holding my breath this week.... read more
After Doctor Pocock left this place has been a complete mess! The other doctors are uncaring and very irresponsible! My grandmother has been without her meds for 3 days now and they do not seem to care at all. Doctor Pocock truly made this office wonderful and now that he retired all of his patients are living a nightmare and not receiving proper care! I wish he would of stayed a little longer. I am also warning anyone who considers this place for care to go elsewhere.
Always a pleasant and professional place to visit.
