I WAS IN EMERGENCY ROOM! With horrible symptoms from taking more than one acually 2 bupropion 300 by accident I thought the one had fallen off my hand and bottle I thought I picked them all up! But when I found the other pill I thought I didn’t take my dose! So under OSF emergency room I was talking to a nurse who was very rude to me! I took my seven month old child to the ER because one of our cats fell on him and scratched his face pretty severely. We sat for over 2 hours and never saw a doctor. You would think a bleeding baby with a potential eye injury would have been a bigger concern for a medical facility. They were even more worried about arguing with us over our masks than providing medical attention to our baby. Do not take anyone here for ER needs you wont be taken seriously nor treated well.
Very cute place. The inside as well as the outside of OSF facilities are very pretty. They are maintained with excellence as well. The receptionist as well as front staff are very friendly, caring & informative. I have never ran into a problem when going there. All of my concerns & issues were always taken care of. The doctors are very knowledgeable & compassionate. All of the issues were addressed when seeing them & I left the facility feeling cared for & appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone & everyone.
My 7 month old son got severely injured by a family pet falling on him from the top of a large tool cabinet. Took him in to the ER moments after it happened and was made to sit for over 2 hours without ever seeing any doctors. Noone seemed concerned about my childs wellbeing. There was no sense of urgency about making sure his eye and his sight was free from damage. The triage nurse gave us a piece of gauze in case the bleeding worsened. Is in the ER and Dr. Mougolias was the physician at night. I went in with severe hip pain and was treated respectfully from the nurse. The doctor came in with an attitude look like he had just woken up. He says to me how can I help you and I started to explain how my hip hurt really bad and it's been hurting for a few days. He says to me was it any different 4 hours ago then at 2 a.m.. and he says it was attitude. it does not matter what time a patient goes to the ER, they should be treated with respect as if you did go in 4... read more
