Kaitlyn is absolutely AMAZING. she not only listened to what I was saying but most importantly she heard me. She offered her advice which I welcome and made me feel so understood. She helped me create an amazing game plan and was so supportive of me getting off medication rather than trying to layer me on them. I have never received the knowledge that she gave me today. I can’t speak highly enough about her.
My review is VERY real and based on my visit on 12/20/23 w/ Nurse Practitioner Katelyn Stites. She treated me horribly and completely stigmatized me based on her own inaccurate stereotypes and opinions. She refused to look at my medical history or take anything I said seriously. Anything other than going along with what she said was considered arguing and I was told not to bother. I left shaking and crying. I’ve never been treated like that by a medical professional before. I'd just moved to the area and with significant health issues and numerous prescriptions I dreaded starting over with a new MD. My sister recommended Dr. White and I made an appointment. What a pleasant surprise it was to find friendly, helpful service AND an exceptionally knowledgeable DR. in the same office! Not only did the doctor listen to me (imagine that these days), she also recommended some basic tests that found things my specialists had missed completely.
