Nurses are nice, doctors are amazing. I believe it’s hit or miss. I had my old doctor cancel on me once but I never had a problem recently. There is usually no waiting line.
Very good place for your Medical needs. Dr Schultheis is a great Doctor!!! She is always willing to listen and take great care if you. Nurses and office are real nice. We are very happy!!!
What’s up with this waiting for 25 minutes past your appointment time with no one telling you what’s going on! I’m sitting in the waiting room with my elderly father waiting and waiting! Maybe you people should follow Mercy’s lead for better patient concerns. I have NEVER had to wait like this to see my FNP! Well I just walked up to the receptionist and asked why the long wait she says ‘let me see well there are two ahead of you and I’m like what? Our appointment was for 10:40 and it is 11:20 now ! They are the worst group in all of OSF. They are rude. They don't listen to what one says. Good luck on getting a call back. It doesn't matter what position , receptions, nurses, appointments. Two doctors out at the same time. No PA. Just trying to get an appointment sucks. Need records ask way in advance. Find a different clinic, save yourself from dealing with the staff from hell.
Dr Schultheis is a very caring and understanding Dr. She is also very thorough and very informative and helpful. Glad to have her as my physician and I have and will recommend her to friends and family
