Confirmed my appointment over text. Got multiple texts about my appointment as a reminder. I showed up after calling off work and driving 30 min just to have them say they cancelled my appointment.
We have had nothing but headaches with this office. The staff was informed that I could not take a specific medication due to reactions, so they prescribed the same medication by a different name. Imitrex and sumatriptan. I requested mychart access for one of my sons but they gave me the other one instead. They had school physicals but it was never documented as a school physical.
Dr Q was amazing took the time to listen and address every issue I had. Jean was super amazing and very sweet. Absolutely loved her chill out scrub top! Thank you OSF for allowing me to change my PCP to Pekin. Their office made me feel calm and very welcomed. God bless all of you. Thank you for making me feel safe and cared for.
I have always had great experiences with everyone here. Kayla that works in the lab was very kind and gentle taking my blood today (I hate needles). Jessica is a wonderful addition to your office also!
Wouldn't even give a star, but the first point of contact deserves one as she got me to the right person. The billing department was rude when I asked for a break down of my invoice and what levels of care meant what and she offered me no service of further assistance to understand this invoice and why for a lesser level of service I was charged more. Disappointing and rude.
