I brought my mother here for an appt. They way over book each slot everytime I've come! The waiting room no longer has any room for all the people waiting because they overbook. A bunch of sick people in tiny area standing cause no chairs is last thing any1 needs with all the sickness going around!

I have truly never had a worse experience with a medical office. When we relocated to this area we used OSF clinton for care for our entire family and we've had nothing but issues from the start. They made me hold my baby down flat on his back for shots, had huge issues with medical records for both of my children and missed a genetic disorder diagnosis for myself that my new provider caught onto within 1 visit. Been coming here since little and still right now the doctors are nice here and friendly and the nurses are also nice and friendly and I recommend u to make appointment with Nicole dalton or doctor howse and I will leave 5 stars! And also dr Rouch is also a nice doctor

Same situation as another person giving this establishment a poor review. My issue is not with doctor Howse specifically, who seems friendly and helpful, but with the supervisor of the care group who refused to refill my medication (one that cannot be stopped cold turkey) after I started going to school in Los Angeles. I had received no emails or calls from the office about them needing to see me, and I was told bluntly by the supervisor that I needed to find a new primary care physician if I wanted more of my prescribed med... read more

This office incorrectly transcribed my son's vaccine records and almost caused him to be double vaccinated when we switched practices, they sent bills we were making payments on to collections without sufficient notice, and Dr. Howse misdiagnosed my wife (sending her to a psychiatrist and telling her that her gummy vitamins were the problem) when the issues turned out to be a connective tissue disorder and POTS. I would never recommend going to this practice, we are much happier since switching.
