I’ve been accompanying my mother here for her diabetic checkups for a few years now and no matter how much I try to like this clinic location since it’s close to home, it just doesn’t show me nor my mother that she is getting the best possible care that she can receive. I was referred to a doctor at this office by a family member and cannot believe the incompetence of the reception staff when trying to make an appointment. Completely rude and acted annoyed just to be looking up my wife’s name in their system. She laughed and hung up the phone the first time when trying to spell out my wife’s name. She didn’t even know you could make appointments online to her office previously. Appalling attitude and made it difficult to even want to see the doctor. Saw a young PA named Thomas Murphy... All I wanted was a new doctor since my old doctor is retiring to keep my one prescription and was treated like a drug addict. Told I need therapy, physcatrist, and wouldn't even consider it with my refusal. Waste of time! I'm 44 been on the same medication since 2007. I'll never see another doctor again I'm done same story different verse...... Not worth it
