Everyone here is extremely friendly, they are very welcoming and try hard to care for every one of their patients. My husband and I both come here and are so glad to have picked such a wonderful place.
We aren't huge fans of OSF, Especially since they switched hands. We do like this Medical Center though. The ladies are polite and Friendly. They have a nice waiting room for everyone,with a tv and a couple sofas and chairs. There are magazines to look at, too. Clean restrooms. There is also several toys for younger children to play with and keep the occupied while waiting to see the doctor. You also get in pretty fast to see the doctor. Conveniently located right off the main road. Decent size parking lot.
Everyone here, from the receptionist to the nurses and doctor are caring and ultra professional. I have been going here since this facility opened and my partner and I are treated like family.
Jill the nurse practioner is awesome makes me feel like family.Her bedside manner is great,she is awesome and the staff is awesome.Love them all
