Doesn’t matter the amount of discomfort a patient has, they must always provide the provider comfort, first and foremost. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor Rachel Meyers is great at listening and very knowledgeable. Came to see her for vision issues and within 5 minutes she was telling me it was a neurological issue, sent me to a neurologist and I had a diagnosis within a couple of weeks. I've had multiple issues that are on the unusual side that she's been able to figure out and send me to the correct specialist if a specialist is needed. Couldn't ask for a better doctor or care team.
Spent 2 days trying to get a straight answer from these guys for a covid test. Called office, was told use Mychart. Mychart doesn’t even list Byron as a drive through tested site as I was told by the office. Finally get someone to answer and get told I need to schedule a virtual consultation with a doctor for them to decide if I was deemed necessary for a Covid test. Never mind having Covid before and having the exact same symptoms, nor the fact we have confirmed cases in the house. Was told if I wasn’t happy waiting another... read more
Wonderful dr's office. Been going here for years. Really like Dr. Myers and the nurse practitioner, Tracey Palmer. Years ago there were possibly some staff issues (and other drs) but those have definitely resolved. I recommend to all my friends and family.
Horrible service. Miscommunication between staff regarding my medications they then blame on me the patient. Rude. Excuses for everything. Mixed up my on line appointment clearly states my chart to sign in No mention of in person visit and are going to now charge me anyway when I had trouble logging in. Ashley and Destiny both were extremely rude on the phone.
