Very difficult to impossible for me to get an appointment with my primary or anyone there. They always want to schedule you 2 or 3 weeks out. Which is far from helpful.
OSF in Belvidere , Dr Ali Khan is amazing ! Front desk Nancy is so kind and fast at registration. Nurse Tracy is very supportive and a great nurse.
Ive been going to see Dave Finnegan practically my whole life and my kids, ive lately had a terrible experience with the staff and after seeing Dave since I was 15 to 38 I will no longer be going there and its just terrible. Tried to talk to Dr Kouimelis about it and it was like talking to a brick wall.
Never in my 17yrs of being a paicent have ever been rescheduled or canceled this much. I have been in pain for a month now and when I was called for sooner appt I took it and now it was canceled probably because of the doc not reading the details more closely
I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had some side pain and the first thing they had me do was a very expensive CT scan that was $2500 out of pocket after insurance. Then they proceed to tell me they found nothing on the scan. I went to a different doctor that ordered an ultrasound and that’s when they found a large cyst on my kidney. They stated that it should’ve been easily seen on the CT scan. So OSF either never evaluated my CT scan or the person evaluating didn’t know what they were doing. This place is very ... read more
