Never in my 17yrs of being a paicent have ever been rescheduled or canceled this much. I have been in pain for a month now and when I was called for sooner appt I took it and now it was canceled probably because of the doc not reading the details more closely
I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had some side pain and the first thing they had me do was a very expensive CT scan that was $2500 out of pocket after insurance. Then they proceed to tell me they found nothing on the scan. I went to a different doctor that ordered an ultrasound and that’s when they found a large cyst on my kidney. Neglectful facility. Don’t waste your time going here. I went two weeks ago and haven’t heard anything from my appointment. I got my blood drawn and instead of calling me and telling me my results I get them in the mail two weeks later! Telling me to call them! And when you call them they rarely ever answer, normally it rings and then eventually hangs up! I need a prescription because of my results and yet nothing from them. OSF gives the Best Care! Where GOD is. Disregard the negative reviews. Sometimes it's the "Person" that's the problem. Not the Clinic! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
This Dr DiLeonardo is not passionate about the needs of a truly sick and unfortunate patient. Her nurse AKA Diane will undoubtedly lie to you in person and over the phone. They even go as far as calling police for online questions that I asked about my medications which is a HIPPA violation. I have been trespassed from this facility for asking for help through MYCHART and getting denied this legal request from my primary care provider Dr DiLeonardo.
