I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. It already typically takes about a month to get an appointment, so I had been waiting for my scheduled visit this coming Friday. Then I was contacted by the office and informed that my appointment had to be canceled because the provider would not be available. While I understand that scheduling conflicts can happen, it was frustrating to have a long awaited appointment canceled after already waiting weeks to be seen. Sravantika koneru is extremely rude n i understand why she was the only one we could get into her first words where “why are you even here “ she had a terrible attitude the whole time didnt listen to anything that was said. Acted like she was about to b off n ready to clock out . But she wrote script we didnt even want 🤔 how about you listen to your patients needs instead of just refilling past scripts n dipping out 🤦♀️
Amy Henderson is the best! She listens and is extremely thorough and understanding. I can't thank her enough for all she does with making sure my health care needs are met. I saw Kristen Reese for the first time for a yearly ck. I loved her! She is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk too. There needs to be more providers like her! I highly recommend Kristen!!
I’ve been coming here for many years and am always treated with care and respect. The staff is friendly and helpful and I feel that I get great care from Kristen.
