This was my daughter’s first time receiving care at this clinic, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, which immediately set the tone for our visit. Dr. Waickus and staff are the best! Nurse Jen and her NP Jen are always helpful. Checking in is a breeze with Isabella too!! Only complaint is the OSF phone system. You cannot get to the office directly and I don’t like having to tell a customer service representative why I want to make an appointment!
I have so many good things to say about this place. Jennifer is my primary care provider and she has been absolutely amazing! I needed a bunch of tests and shots for my CNA program I’m in and she has been more than helpful. I’m also someone who doesn’t have the best insurance and most of my adult life I struggled finding a doctors office that actually cared about their patients and I’m so happy I found Jennifer here at OSF because without her and this office I wouldn’t be able to get the care I need!
You go there expecting some type of help and you leave with a sticky note telling me to read a book about ptsd and I can purchase it on Amazon… she could not write any script I needed because she’s a nurse practitioner never again
Good morning all….. I had an appointment today and I’m guessing it’s an issue with the entrance door! The young lady that checks everyone in is clearly having a bad morning which carries negative energy! Now I’m here waiting to get my blood pressure taking with negativity all around me!
