This was my daughter’s first time receiving care at this clinic, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, which immediately set the tone for our visit. I have so many good things to say about this place. Jennifer is my primary care provider and she has been absolutely amazing! I needed a bunch of tests and shots for my CNA program I’m in and she has been more than helpful. I’m also someone who doesn’t have the best insurance and most of my adult life I struggled finding a doctors office that actually cared about their patients and I’m so happy I found Jennifer here at OSF because without her and this office I wouldn’t be able to get the care I need!
Good morning all….. I had an appointment today and I’m guessing it’s an issue with the entrance door! The young lady that checks everyone in is clearly having a bad morning which carries negative energy! Now I’m here waiting to get my blood pressure taking with negativity all around me! I went in for a severe sore throat and saw one as the Nurse Practitioners, R schiestel. She was absolutely awful. I requested a flu test and she refused to give me one. I asked for her to note in my chart her refusal and she refused that as well. As a Black woman, our concerns are not taken with care and urgency so please advocate for yourself. You know your body the best. I will not be returning to this establishment. Refusing to give me something that I will pay for is insane.
WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If you even think about going to this place, DONT. The people there are so rude and useless. I walked in with one simple question and the white women with glasses at the front desk gave me so much attitude. I forgot my mask so she proceeded to throw one at me on the desk before me. When I asked to speak to the manager she got angry. The manager was even worse. They were so rude and I felt super disrespected. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Trust me
