The staff are nice. That's why they get 2 stars. The wait time being over 2 hours is unacceptable. Need more doctors and nurse practicioners to see people more quickly. Allowing people to spend that long in a waiting room only encourages the spread of the diseases. Do better OSF. All 3 nearby locations had over 2 hours wait. No one told us about the online check in option or that it would be that long so we could have came back later.
