I called for refills of all medications for the third time. The girl that answered was very accommodating and efficient. I told her I needed 90 days refills and a year. I also told her I was out of Crestor and Lisinopril and to request 60 days while I was waiting for it from Champ VA. She told me she is going to send it to her team. Charged me with a telehealth visit bill for something that never happened. stay away from OSF if you work from Rivian, there is something horribly wrong with this medical group, and it would not surprise me if the State will haveto come in and sort it out.
Dr. M Langeni is very professional and friendly. I enjoyed my visit. Jess and Joanne were exceptionally fast, friendly and professional.Good team. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.
I left a one star review a year or two ago but I decided it was unfair. It’s actually decent over here.
Can rarely ever be trusted to complete any request within the 48 hours they promise. Look elsewhere Edit: You guys fixed it, just took you 5 days, but that is nothing new to me when it comes to OSF and prescribing controlled perscriptions which is why I left OSF. I have no idea why OSF has so many issues handling controlled prescriptions in their offices but Unitypoint has already blown away my expectations and I am very very happy where I am at now. Thank you for helping show me the quality that I deserve from my Doctor.
