I left a one star review a year or two ago but I decided it was unfair. It’s actually decent over here.
Dr. M Langeni is very professional and friendly. I enjoyed my visit. Jess and Joanne were exceptionally fast, friendly and professional.Good team. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.
Can rarely ever be trusted to complete any request within the 48 hours they promise. Look elsewhere Edit: You guys fixed it, just took you 5 days, but that is nothing new to me when it comes to OSF and prescribing controlled perscriptions which is why I left OSF. I have no idea why OSF has so many issues handling controlled prescriptions in their offices but Unitypoint has already blown away my expectations and I am very very happy where I am at now. Thank you for helping show me the quality that I deserve from my Doctor.
I used to love OSF, but this location is the worst. Unkind, unprofessional, degrading, dismissive. Don't waste your time at this place. Go somewhere else that will take care of you and your family! I'm switching to Carle!
