I am very disappointed. I've been asking for a referral to be sent out to an allergist and even messaged the NP twice and I've been completely ignored. The first time they referred me to an allergist, this particular allergist had awful reviews, so I requested to see another allergist. The LPN I spoke with through MyChart stated they sent the request to the allergist they recommended the second time. The atmosphere is extremely friendly and caring. Each time we go, Teresa at the check-in desk has been friendly and welcoming. Jodie, who draws blood, couldn't be nicer. And Mary, who did the ex-ray, was so helpful and took an interest in our situation. Yet, we must admit that the doctors are NOT the best. We prefer to research and see doctors elsewhere. The pharmacy has nothing of nutritional value to snack on. It is ALL PROCESSES, SUGARY garbage.
Normally, I call my insurance provider, they send my doctor the preauthorization form, my doctor signs it, and then insurance can process it. In this case, the initial preauthorization request was sent on November 14. Each time I left a message through the MyChart portal, I was told it was have been sent in. But when I followed up with my insurance, they confirmed nothing had been submitted for them to review. I have been coming here for almost 5 years. Never had a bad experience until recently. I left my wallet there and didn’t know it. For a week and a half my wallet was sitting in the clinic of Dr.Singhs office. Someone called a week a half later to tell me. I asked why didn’t no one call me earlier, I was told because they didn’t want to open the wallet. Smh how would one of them feel if they had lost their form of identity and money?! I’ll be looking for a different provider very soon.
i called to make an appointment with doctor singh that guy told she won’t be available the next few days and told me there is another DOCTOR i set an appointment i went there the next day and that person was not a doctor she was a nurse practitioner i should see a doctor to finish my paperwork so i can go back to work anyways at the clinic they gave me another appointment with another doctor i waited for about three hours to be seen by a doctor…they lie just to make you come to their clinic DON’T go there worst clinic ever
