I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. From the unprofessional attitude of the front desk staff to the disorganized handling of lab work, everything has been frustrating. I switched my family doctor here hoping for better care for my elderly parents, but it’s been the opposite. They mixed up a urine test order and told me the lab was closed because employees had called off. I never post reviews but this place has earned it over years. Billing is always messed up badly and takes months to resolve for simple issues. Stayed because the doctor was great, but he left. Waited 6 months for a transfer to a new doctor and then the day before the appointment they cancelled and said it would be ANOTHER 6 months before we could see anyone, and it would be a different doctor than we chose, AND he only comes in 1x per week. This is a wonderful pediatrics office. It is new, clean and the care is prompt. I can usually get a same-day appointment. Brandon Nierhoff takes the time to explain things in a clear manner. The nursing staff is very friendly and welcoming.
We love Dr. Khan. The office is always friendly and clean and everyone there is so sweet to my kids. Having a woman doctor for my children who is also a mother always helps me feel heard and understood. I have only had great experiences here.
Worst doctors office I’ve been experiencing since I was 17 years old . Very rude and disrespectful they put me on hold for 30 minutes every time I speak to them and the primary doctor doesn’t care about your physical health. I’ve been asking them to sign important paperwork so I could keep my job since march 22 2024 . This is honestly ridiculous. I’ve also asked for a doctor change and they continue to put me with the same provider that gives me attitude and problems every time I ask her to help me out with paperwork
