Trying to get in is a nightmare. And that’s just the beginning. I was here months ago to get my daughter evaluated for autism. Didn’t even get an actual evaluation and was told months later that that was the completely wrong thing for them to do. I turned in my daughter’s ADHD evaluation forms still have yet to hear back and it’s been a week. We will be transferring ,unfortunately. This is the worse Dr.s office/staff experience I've ever had. I've been waiting for a month and a half for a prior authorization to go through. It's been denied 3 times do to insufficient info from their office. I was treated horribly by 3 different nurses on the phone on different occasions. I asked to speak to the supervisor, and instead got another nurse who didn't even hear me out before saying that I perceived it wrong. I had an appointment this morning that i waited 3 months for. I thought appointment was 9:30 am. Got there at 9:20 and was told my appointment was at 9:00 am. Was told i missed appointment and now i have to wait for 3 more months. Never had a doctor's office be like that. All business nowadays. Seriously, you want more feedback. So I was 5 minutes late for an appointment with nurse practitioner Capranica ( couldn’t find my keys ) had to stand in line what seemed like forever then checked in and after sitting I waiting room for 10 minutes was told I was late for the appointment and couldn’t be seen . I know I have sat in there for 20 minutes at times waiting and never complained
Most of my experience here is good but the receptionists don't ever call me back when I'm told they will. It gets frustrating when it's happened almost every time I call...
